For the REFERENCE steel mill without CO2 capture, the top 5 sources of CO2 emissions are from the flue gases of the hot stoves, power plant, sinter plant, coke ovens' underfired heaters and lime kilns. This consists of ~90% of the total direct CO2 emissions of the steel mill.
