Welcome to the NWI Contractors Association (NWICA)

Central Rent-A-Crane was started in Whiting, Indiana in 1949 as a taxi crane business, renting cranes with operators on an hourly basis to contractors and builders working in the refinery and steel mills. It joined the ALL Family of Companies in 1977 and now has three offices in Indiana.

The fully-integrated mill operates two blast furnaces and primarily produces hot-rolled, cold-rolled and hot-dip galvanized steel products.
